Cancellation Policy


  • If the cancellation is made 15 days or more before the rental start date, the customer will receive a full refund of the booking amount.
  • If the cancellation is made between 7 to 14 days before the rental start date, the customer will receive a 50% refund of the booking amount.
  • If the cancellation is made less than 7 days before the rental start date, the customer will not receive any refund.
  • In case of a no-show on the rental start date, the customer will not receive any refund.
  • If the customer wishes to cancel the booking due to unforeseen circumstances such as a natural disaster, the company will provide a full refund of the booking amount.
  • The company reserves the right to cancel the booking in case of any unforeseen circumstances, such as non-availability of the car, and will provide a full refund of the booking amount.
  • If the customer wishes to change the rental start date, the company will try its best to accommodate the request, subject to availability of the car. If the company is unable to provide the car on the new rental start date, the customer will receive a full refund of the booking amount.
  • Any changes or cancellations to the booking must be made in writing, either by email or through the website.
