Booking Confirmation : A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the rental fee is required to secure the booking. The remaining balance must be paid in full at least 72 hours before the rental date.
Rental Period : The rental period starts and ends at the times specified in the booking confirmation. If the car is returned later than the agreed-upon time, an additional hourly fee will be charged.
Vehicle Condition : The car will be delivered to the client in clean and pristine condition. Any damages caused to the car during the rental period will be the responsibility of the client and will be charged accordingly.
Use of Vehicle : The car is to be used only by the client and for the purpose specified in the booking confirmation. The car cannot be used for any illegal or unethical activities.
Insurance : The car is fully insured, and the rental fee includes insurance coverage. However, any damages caused due to negligence or violation of traffic rules by the client will not be covered under the insurance.
Driver : A professional and licensed driver will be provided with the car. The driver is responsible for the safe and lawful operation of the vehicle. Any damages caused due to negligence or violation of traffic rules by the driver will be the responsibility of the rental company.
Maximum Capacity : The car has a maximum capacity of 5-7 (based on seating capacity issued by car company). The number of passengers cannot exceed this limit, and additional charges may apply for exceeding the limit.
Maintenance and Repairs : The rental company will ensure that the car is maintained in good condition and is roadworthy. In the event of any breakdowns or mechanical issues, the rental company will arrange for necessary repairs or provide a replacement vehicle.
If the cancellation is made 15 days or more before the rental start date, the customer will receive a full refund of the booking amount.
If the cancellation is made between 7 to 14 days before the rental start date, the customer will receive a 50% refund of the booking amount.
If the cancellation is made less than 7 days before the rental start date, the customer will not receive any refund.
In case of a no-show on the rental start date, the customer will not receive any refund.
If the customer wishes to cancel the booking due to unforeseen circumstances such as a natural disaster, the company will provide a full refund of the booking amount.
The company reserves the right to cancel the booking in case of any unforeseen circumstances, such as non-availability of the car, and will provide a full refund of the booking amount.
If the customer wishes to change the rental start date, the company will try its best to accommodate the request, subject to availability of the car. If the company is unable to provide the car on the new rental start date, the customer will receive a full refund of the booking amount.
Any changes or cancellations to the booking must be made in writing, either by email or through the website.
